ProBoard is entirely written in C++ and Assembler. No third-party
libraries are used (except for the Squish MSGAPI), so we have TOTAL
control over the code!

For the development of ProBoard, we used the following tools:

     Compiler......... Borland C++ v3.1
     Linker........... TLink, part of Borland C++ v3.1
     Assembler........ Turbo Assembler v3.1
     Debugger......... Turbo Debugger v3.1
     Editor........... Multi-Edit Professional 7.00
