====== [UP] UserFile Packer ======

Removes all deleted users from USERS.BBS, except the users with the
NoKill flag set. Corrupted user records are also removed.

Specifying option -R instructs the user packer to reset all Last Read
pointers to zero.

Specifying option -K will delete the .BAK file created when packing the
user file.

**Do NOT pack the userfile when a user is online!!**
